Our purpose built plant, constructed on a Greenfield site in Tours in 1993 is strategically located to respond to the exacting demands of our customers in France and throughout Europe.
In 2003, the plant was extended in order to develop a new range of consumer products.  The latest techniques in packaging such as

Gas Flush, Darfresh and Flow pack are used with the aim of satisfying the growing demands of the French Consumer market.  In 2004, Dawn Meats France launched its retail brand, L'Ile d'Erin, a product range using Irish Beef, darfreshed and flow packed with a shelf life of 21 days, convenient both for the multiple and the consumer.
